  • Pierce squash several times with fork or sharp knife. Microwave on HIGH 15 min. or just until squash is softened, turning after 7 min. Cool 5 min.
  • Cut squash in half; remove and discard seeds. Use fork to scrape insides of squash to form spaghetti-like strands; place in large bowl. Add dressing and 1/2 cup cheese; mix lightly.
  • Top with remaining cheese.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh oregano before serving.
