  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Cut corn into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Toss meat with flour in large bowl until evenly coated. Add corn, carrots, onions, garlic, thyme and pepper; mix lightly. Stir in chili sauce.
  • Spoon onto 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make 4 packets.
  • Grill 20 min. or until meat is done. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets. Sprinkle evenly with parsley.

Note

If you have nonstick foil, you can use that instead of the heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray to prepare these easy-to-make grilled foil packets.
