  • Beat cream cheese spread and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 10 min. or until slightly thickened. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition. Gently stir in berries and 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spoon into 10 dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip.


Prepare using your favourite flavour Jell-O No Sugar Added Jelly Powder, such as Orange, Lemon or Cherry.

    This was so easy & quick to make, and looked really nice. I would add more water to the Jell-O mix though: found it a bit too stiff.
