Added 1tsp of Vanilla. Tasted perfect. Will make again!
These are not bad cookies, although they taste like they are missing something. I think next time I will add a little vanilla, I think that may be what's missing, my Mother suggested the same thing. I also played a little with them, denting them with my finger then pressing a chocolate chip onto the top of some, and on others I tried peanut butter chips, and on a few others I tried both chocolate and peanut chips! And then I tried piping a little jam into the indents on the remaining cookies. Then I sprinkled a little sugar on top! Overall they are a pretty good cookie, and I got to have fun with them too! I'll just add a little vanilla next time.
Ok, but I've tasted better.
