  • Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in skillet on medium-high heat. Add apples; cook 5 min. or until tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, toss spinach with cranberries and nuts in large bowl. Add remaining dressing; mix lightly.
  • Top with apple mixture and cheese. Serve immediately.

Spread pine nuts onto baking sheet. Bake in 350°F-oven 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Or cook in skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until nuts are golden brown, stirring frequently.
