Made with whole wheat tortillas instead of the traditional flatbread, these simplified parathis get a boost of flavour from the KRAFT Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing and KRAFT 4 CHEESE ITALIANO Shredded Cheese.

  • Whisk first 6 ingredients until blended. Heat small skillet on medium heat; spray with cooking spray. Add 1/4 cup egg mixture to skillet; tilt skillet to evenly cover bottom with egg. Cover with tortilla; press gently into egg with back of spatula. (If egg spreads out from under tortilla, push egg back under tortilla with back of spatula.)
  • Cook 2 to 4 min. or until egg is set and tortilla is crisp and golden brown, turning after 2 min. Top with 2 Tbsp. cheese; fold tortilla into thirds.
  • Repeat with remaining egg mixture, tortillas and cheese.

Special Extra

Add finely chopped tomatoes, mushrooms or peppers to the egg mixture before adding to skillet.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with Creamy Coriander Chutney or hot sauce.
