  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs with wire whisk until blended. Stir in spaghetti, spinach, ham and 1/2 cup of the cheese.
  • Spread into greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 30 min. or until set.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a fresh salad or sliced tomatoes.

    This egg and pasta pie had odd texture with the pasta and eggs that I did not quiet enjoy. Although it provide a yummy nutritional lunch. It was very complimentary with sliced tomatoes. Instead of deli ham I used deli turkey.

    This is definitely one of my new easy favorites!! Followed the recipe with the spinach and more than called for ham as was just using up left overs and it turned out amazing! Great way to use up some left overs in the house, while getting in some protein and vegies. Used Smart pasta, so other than the cheese, very healthy.
