  • Mix peanut butter, dressing and soy sauce in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chicken broth.
  • Heat oil in electric pressure cooker using SAUTÉ setting. Add meat; cook 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add spaghetti, onions, mushrooms, peppers and carrots.
  • Pour chicken broth mixture over ingredients in pressure cooker; close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Release Valve to Sealing position. Cook 5 min. using HIGH PRESSURE COOK setting. When timer goes off, use Quick Pressure Release to release pressure. Turn pressure cooker off. Slowly remove lid.
  • Add spinach and snow peas; stir until ingredients are well blended and most of the liquid is absorbed. Drizzle with lime juice.

Special Extra

For a touch of heat, stir crushed red pepper into peanut butter mixture before using as directed.
