I followed some of the recommendations of other reviewers. I used a 19oz can of tomatoes (chili spice flavored) and added a tub of original Philadelphia Cooking Creme. I also reduced the amount of pasta to 3-1/2 cups before cooking. Very tasty and moist. I think next time I will reduce the pasta amount even more,to 2-1/2 to 3 cups to make a more even chicken-to-pasta ratio.
I used salsa instead of tomatoes to add a bit of extra heat/flavour.
Made this on weekend and was a huge success, very very good. My son could not stop eating.
