  • Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, place cream cheese product, Parmesan cheese and milk in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add cream cheese sauce; toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Special Extra

For a quick rosé sauce, add 1 can (19 oz/540 mL) stewed tomatoes to the sauce ingredients before cooking as directed.


Prepare as directed, using Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese, Kraft 100% Light Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1% milk.

Serving Suggestion

A 1 cup (250 mL) serving of this pasta makes a great accompaniment to 3 oz. of turkey, chicken or pork and your favourite steamed vegetables.
