  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Divide pizza dough into 30 small balls, using about 1 Tbsp. dough for each ball. Roll each ball into 6-inch-long rope.
  • Wrap 1 rope piece around each hot dog piece; pinch ends and seams of dough together to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet; brush with egg.
  • Add bagel seasoning to small bowl. Working with 1 wrapped hot dog piece at a time, hold hot dog over bowl of seasoning while sprinkling with seasoning from bowl; return to prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 13 to 15 min. or until lightly browned. Transfer bagel dogs to wire racks; cool slightly.
  • Serve with ketchup.

Special Extra

Serve with Heinz Yellow Mustard in addition to, or instead of, the ketchup.

How to Make Your Own Everything Bagel Seasoning

Combine 1 Tbsp. each poppy seed, toasted sesame seed, dried minced garlic and dried minced onion with 1 tsp. coarse salt. Store up to 3 months in airtight container before using as desired.
