  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix egg, ricotta and spinach until blended.
  • Spread 1/3 of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with 1/3 of the remaining pasta sauce, 3 noodles, half the ricotta mixture, 1 cup mozzarella and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Repeat all layers once. Cover with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan. Drizzle with water; cover.
  • Bake 50 to 55 min. or until noodles are tender and lasagna is heated through. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad, whole wheat roll and fresh fruit for dessert.
