  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  • Cook onions and water in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 10 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. While onions are cooking, mix meat, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Add dressing and sugar to onions; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  • Meanwhile, grill meat patties 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top burgers with process cheese product slices and place buns, cut sides down, on barbecue grate. Grill 1 min. or until process cheese product slices are melted and buns are toasted.
  • Fill buns with burgers and onions.
