  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Use pulsing action to process chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, oil and dry seasonings in food processor until smooth and well blended. Spoon into medium bowl. Add green onions, parsley, flour and baking powder; mix well.
  • Shape into 30 balls; place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until golden brown. Meanwhile, toss salad greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and mint.
  • Spoon salad greens mixture onto 6 dinner plates; top with falafel and dip.


Substitute Renée's Poppy Seed Dressing for the dip.

Special Extra

Season with hot pepper sauce. Serve with lemon wedges.
