This is a great recipe and the meatloaf is terrific tasting!!. I added the chilli sauce into the meat mixture and omitted the thyme. The meatloaf was tender and tasted terrific!. I will make a double batch next time. All men can make this supper...my wife was very happy!!. :-)
I found that thyme was over powering. I added garlic and other spices. My husband enjoyed it. Will make it again.
found it too sweet with the stuffing mix.Nice and moist but I ddin't like it.
