  • Brown meat with zucchini and carrots in large nonstick skillet.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer 7 to 8 min. or until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, warm taco shells as directed on package.
  • Spoon meat mixture into shells; top with remaining ingredients.

Special Extra

Add your favourite toppings, such as chopped jalapenos, chopped fresh cilantro, sliced black olives, sour cream and/or guacamole.

Variation

To stretch your dollar and number of servings, add 1 rinsed can black or kidney beans to the browned meat with the taco seasoning and water.
