  • Cut potatoes crosswise into thin slices, being carefully to not cut all the way through to bottoms of potatoes.
  • Place, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch pan. Fan potatoes slightly. Drizzle with dressing, making certain potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil just before serving.
