Surprisingly good, it looks gross, and I am normally averse to all beans, but I thought I liked black beans so I tried it. Surprisingly filling! Cheap/easy for college students to make! I subbed cheese whiz for the velveeta and it turned out fine!
This soup was FANTASTIC!! I omitted the velveeta and added light cheese! So delicious -- very healthy!
