Substitute Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese or Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese for the shredded mozzarella.
We've made over one of our favourite recipes by preparing it with light cream cheese product, fat-free sour cream, reduced-fat dressing and part-skim mozzarella. In addition, the dip is now served with multi-grain tortilla chips instead of crackers. These changes will save you 80 calories, 190mg of sodium, and 5g of total fat (including 3g of saturated fat) per serving.
