    Had these at a get together and they were a big hit with all attending. Am making them for my get together now...different and tasty but also light.

    Great recipe. Made this 2 times during Christmas, once with chicken and the other with turkey. Both were excellent. Followed the recipe with the exception of using real bacon (one slice crumbled) and left out the romaine lettuce. Also tried the second batch with Triscuit Thin Parmesan & Garlic which went wonderful with all the flavors.

    Absolutely wonderful! It was the hit of the party. I doubled the recipe for the crowd and it was gobbled up. I had lots of requests for the recipe. I think it would be good in a wrap, too!
