Once opened, place dry pasta in a tightly sealed container and store for up to 1 year in a cool, dry place.
Cover and refrigerate any leftover cooked pasta. Add to your favourite hot soup just before serving, then cook just until heated through. Or, if using dry pasta, simmer soup an extra 10 min. or until pasta is tender.
