  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently and adding garlic for the last minute. Remove shrimp and garlic from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add peppers and onions; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture along with the shrimp, garlic and basil; mix lightly.


Prepare using linguine, spaghetti or capellini.
