This is a big hit with the family. It's a nice lighter summer dessert. I mix up the flavours with different fruits and jellos. Be careful, there are other desserts that are similar and I almost made one of the other desserts. This dessert is a lot lighter than the other ones which makes it more of a dessert square than a cheesecake.
Very good and easy to make.
