  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Mix sour cream, cilantro and lime zest until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add next 6 ingredients; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until meat is done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in beans; cool 5 min. Add cheese; mix well.
  • Spoon about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture down centre of each won ton wrapper; roll up tightly. Place, seam sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 10 min., turning after 5 min. Serve warm with sour cream mixture.

Substitute

Prepare using your favourite variety of Cracker Barrel Shredded Cheese.
