Cook, in batches, in large skillet on medium heat 12 min. or until evenly browned and done (160ºF), turning frequently. Spoon onto serving platter; top with remaining salsa and cheese. Makes 8 servings, 6 meatballs (168 g) each.

Grill burgers 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F), topping with remaining salsa and cheese for the last 2 min. Makes 8 servings, 1 burger (139 g) each.
