  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup salsa just until blended.
  • Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining salsa.
  • Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF). Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Fiesta Meatballs

Increase salsa to 1-1/4 cups. Mix meat mixture as directed; shape into 48 meatballs. Cook, in batches, in large skillet on medium heat 12 min. or until evenly browned and done (160ºF), turning frequently. Spoon onto serving platter; top with remaining salsa and cheese. Makes 8 servings, 6 meatballs (168 g) each.

Fiesta Burgers

Mix meat mixture as directed; shape into 8 patties; make deep indentation in centre of each patty with thumb. Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Grill burgers 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F), topping with remaining salsa and cheese for the last 2 min. Makes 8 servings, 1 burger (139 g) each.
