  • Cook potatoes in pan of boiling water 15 to 18 min. or until tender. Drain; return to pan.
  • Smash potatoes coarsely with back of large spoon. Stir in dressing.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheese and 1 Tbsp. onions. Add remaining cheese and onions to potatoes; stir just until blended. Top with reserved ingredients.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped seeded jalape├▒o peppers to the smashed potatoes along with the remaining cheese and onions.

    My family loved this potato recipe. Very tasty even as leftovers. If I was going to change anything, it would be to add a touch more ranch dressing. Loved it!
