  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Brown meat in large skillet. Add Velveeta and water; cook 3 to 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in salsa.
  • Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Place 1/3 of the crushed taco shells in prepared dish; top with half the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining crushed taco shells; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Add 1 drained can (14 fl oz/398 mL) corn or 1 cup sliced black olives to cooked meat mixture before layering in baking dish as directed.

Stir 1/4 tsp. chili powder into meat mixture before layering in baking dish as directed.
