Make a fajita bar by placing all the fajita ingredients in separate bowls and letting each family member add toppings as desired to make their own fajita.
If you don't have a stir-fry basket for the barbecue, poke holes in a disposable aluminum roasting pan and use that instead of the basket. Or, use your stove and stir-fry the meat mixture in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done.
I made this for friends and everyone loved it! I also used diced pineapple as a topping and it was a hit!
I couldn't use the bbq so I just stir-fried the veggies and pork in the frying pan. Turned out really well.
