Try this fun new way to make fajitas.
Then follow our 3 simple steps:
Heat barbecue on medium-high heat. Cut 1 lb. (450 g) meat, peppers and onions into thin strips; place in shallow dish. Add barbecue sauce; toss to coat.
Transfer meat mixture to stir-fry basket. Grill 5 min. or until meat is done.
Spoon onto warmed tortillas. Top each tortilla with 2 Tbsp. each cheese, salsa and toppings; roll up.
Make a fajita bar by placing all the fajita ingredients in separate bowls and letting each family member add toppings as desired to make their own fajita.
If you don't have a stir-fry basket for the barbecue, poke holes in a disposable aluminum roasting pan and use that instead of the basket. Or, use your stove and stir-fry the meat mixture in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done.
