To make the chowder thicker substitute fat free carnation milk for some of the milk.
Really enjoyed. Substituted 250g fresh haddock and 340g of mixed shrimp and scallops instead od cod. Much more flavourful. Needs to be a little thicker. Any suggestions?
I used a seafood blend which I prefer to straight fish. I very much enjoyed the result. I will make it again and play with the ingredients somemore.I don't have to share!
