Celebrate with flowers. Cupcake flowers, that is. This Flower Pot Cupcake recipe uses boxed cake mix, whipped topping, OREO Crumbs, sprinkles and marshmallows to create a colourful explosion of floral cupcakes.

  • Just follow our 3 simple steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions using 12 - 1 cup terra cotta pots lined with wax paper. Bake for 30 min. or until toothpick insert comes out clean.
  • COOL completely before decorating. Top each pot with 2 Tbsp. Cool Whip Topping. Sprinkle each one with a tablespoon of Oreo Baking Crumbs.
  • MAKE 3 slits downwards to 12 large Jet Puffed marshmallows, making sure not to cut right through. Fan marshmallows out and decorate them with colourful sprinkles. Stick them on popsicle sticks or straw and place in the centre of the pot, to resemble a flower.
