  • DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add ice cubes. Stir until jelly thickens (3 to 5 minutes). Remove any unmelted ice.
  • FOLD jelly into 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) whipped topping; blend until smooth. Fold in cranberry sauce and orange rind.
  • REFRIGERATE 20 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened.
  • SPOON into crumb crust. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  • GARNISH with remaining whipped topping, sugared cranberries and orange slices.

TIP

Dip fresh cranberries into lightly beaten egg white; roll in granulated sugar on flat plate to coat well. Place on tray covered with waxed paper.
