  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Cut focaccia in half lengthwise to make 2 large rectangle halves.
  • Toss tomatoes, olives and capers in dressing; spoon over bread.
  • Bake 10 min. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted and edges of bread are golden and toasted.

Spread bread with 1/4 cup pesto before topping with salsa.
