Too much tomatoes for my taste.
I found this slightly too saltyfor my tastes, but I attribute that to the stuffing. I would try making it with reduced-salt stuffing (if possible).
I have made it in a pan covered with foil rather than in four individual foil packages so I cannot say if the method makes a difference.
