  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Toss vegetables with dressing.
  • Spoon onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil; fold to make 4 packets.
  • Grill 20 min. Remove packets from grill; open carefully. Top vegetable mixture with cheese. Reseal packets; let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Open packets. Sprinkle with cilantro. Squeeze lime wedge over ingredients in each packet.
