  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mix. Place 1/4 of the potatoes on centre of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chicken, cheese and salsa.
  • Fold foil to make 4 packets; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets. Top chicken with sour cream.

Makeover - How We Did It

We've taken a favourite taco chicken recipe and made it over by preparing it with reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix, light shredded cheese and light sour cream. These changes result in a savings of 4g of total fat, including 2.5g of saturated fat, and 180mg of sodium per serving.

Serving Suggestion

For added colour and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.


If the chicken breasts in your grocery store are larger than 1/4 lb. (115 g) each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centres and the juices run clear (165°F).
