We've taken a favourite taco chicken recipe and made it over by preparing it with reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix, light shredded cheese and light sour cream. These changes result in a savings of 4g of total fat, including 2.5g of saturated fat, and 180mg of sodium per serving.
For added colour and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.
If the chicken breasts in your grocery store are larger than 1/4 lb. (115 g) each, they will take longer to cook. Be sure to cook them long enough so that they are no longer pink in the centres and the juices run clear (165°F).
