I thought this recipe was fantastic! I had to use Caesar instead of ranch, but the chicken was delicious and juicy, and the veggies were out of this world. A definite repeat!
I really disliked this meal. The rice was too mushy, and the overall flavors just didn't work for me. I was cringing the entire time while eating it. The cheese, while put on top, ended up sliding to the bottom of the foil, and it took a way longer time to cook than they said. Overall, I was disappointed.
