  • Use pulsing action of food processor to process cream cheese, butter, flour, cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp. sugar in food processor until mixture forms ball that pulls away from side of container. Place in bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Divide dough into 24 balls; place 1 in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Press onto bottoms and up sides of cups to form shells.
  • Beat egg in medium bowl until blended. Add vanilla and remaining sugar; mix well. Stir in nuts; spoon into pastry shells, filling each shell about 3/4 full.
  • Bake 25 min. or until lightly browned. Cool in pans 5 min.; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
  • Melt white chocolate as directed on package; spoon into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag. Use to pipe lines onto cookies to resemble photo.

For a professional look, use a pastry bag fitted with a #2 tip to draw the lines on tops of cookies as directed.
