Substitute drained thawed frozen chopped broccoli for the blanched fresh broccoli florets.
Prick potatoes. Microwave on HIGH 9 to 10 min. or until tender, turning over and rearranging every 3 min. Cool slightly. Make potato shells and stuff as directed. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through.
Add broccoli to pan of boiling water; cook 1 to 2 min; or just until bright green in color. Drain, then immediately add broccoli to bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain, then use as directed.
