  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook gnocchi in large pan of boiling water as directed on package, omitting salt add adding spinach to the boiling water for the last minute of the cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add flour; cook 2 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook and stir on medium heat 2 to 4 min. or until thickened. Add 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese; cook and stir 2 min. or until melted.
  • Drain gnocchi mixture. Add to cheese sauce along with the bacon; mix lightly. Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheeses. Cover.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through; uncovering after 15 min.


Substitute chopped arugula or kale for the spinach.
