This apple tart turned out beautifully for me - from our local choices I used a large Honey Crisp and Granny Smith apple, very thinly sliced, mixing both. Easily put together even though it looks so great. Nice touch with the lemon Jello powder, gives it just the right kick in flavour.
Delicious! No leftovers to worry about!
