  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Unroll pastry onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Mix cream cheese product, spinach, 3/4 cup cheddar and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto pastry to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with remaining cheeses.
  • Fold edges of pastry over spinach mixture, leaving opening in centre.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until mozzarella is melted and edges of crust are golden brown. Cool slightly.

Special Extra

Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese.
