Very easy, tasty chicken dish . I used red peppers instead of mushrooms, ( hubby dislikes mushrooms ). He loves this dish! I have made it often, and it has become one of our regular meals. Note: I didn't have the herb dressing, so I used zesty Italian , and it was just as good :)
Love this one. Fast & easy. I didn't have the Classic Herb Dressing on hand so I improvized & made my own. I shredded the carrots. Served the dish with an arugula salad. Absolutely delicios.
Very good, however the changes I made were that I covered the botton of the pan with shredded frozen potatoes, shedded onion and garlic. Also I mixed in 1 cup of sour cream with the soup before putting it on top. You then need to cook it until the chicken reaches 180 degrees F or about 1 hour and 15 min in a 9"x13" pan, covering the top with foil for the last 15 minutes. Delicious!
