  • Freeze salmon 20 min. or just until firm. Meanwhile, combine Miracle Whip, onions, ketchup, mustard and 2 Tbsp. pickles.
  • Chop salmon finely; place in medium bowl. Add egg, bread crumbs, remaining pickles and 2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip mixture; mix just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Cook in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides. Serve with remaining Miracle Whip mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
