Vegetable rolls can be made in advance. Place in single layer in airtight container; cover with damp towel. Refrigerate up to 8 hours.

A delicious recipe, very new to me. It was my first time having rice paper sheets and Mandarin Orange with Sesame dressing. The result was a delicious combination where every bit counts toward the final taste. The only thing I added was chicken for my hungry husband.
