There are many mocha beverage recipes out there, but I quite like this one. Not too sweet (I dislike the recipes that have condensed milk that give it a strange taste) and not too much to the bitter coffee side either. I dissolved the instant coffee in a bit of microwaved water, then added milk until it was 1 cup's worth of liquid.
I really didn't care for this. Coffee flavour was extremely strong even though my coffee wouldn't have been and you wouldn't know the vanilla pudding was even in there. It was very disappointing.
