These frosty homemade pops, made with fresh blackberries, raspberries and yogurt, are sure to be a hit at your next outdoor barbecue. Be prepared to hand out the recipe to your guests!

  • Use pulsing action of food processor to process berries until smooth.
  • Mix cream cheese product and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Add yogurt and berries; mix well. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
  • Spoon into 9 frozen pop molds. Insert handles into centres of molds. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.

How to Remove Frozen Pops from Molds

When ready to serve, hold bottom of each filled frozen pop mold under warm running water 15 sec. Press firmly onto bottom of mold to release pop.


If you don't have frozen pop molds, you can prepare this recipe using 9 (3-oz.) paper cups instead. Fill cups as directed, then insert wooden pop stick into centre of each filled cup. When ready to serve, dip cups in warm water 15 sec. Peel off cups. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.)
