A strawberry-white chocolate frozen dessert with a chocolate cookie crumb crust, this dessert goes from start to freezer in just 15 minutes.

  • Mix baking crumbs and butter until blended; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 9-inch square pan.
  • Microwave 5 oz. chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min. or until melted. Beat cream cheese product in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Blend in melted chocolate and strawberries. Whisk in Cool Whip; spread onto crust.
  • Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Shave remaining chocolate into curls; place on dessert. Use plastic wrap handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into squares.

How to Make Chocolate Curls

Warm 1 oz. chocolate by microwaving it on HIGH for a few seconds or just until you can smudge the chocolate with your thumb. Hold the chocolate piece steadily, then draw a vegetable peeler slowly over the flat bottom of the chocolate piece, allowing a thin layer of chocolate to curl as it is peeled off the bottom to make long, delicate curls. Repeat with remaining chocolate piece.
