This flavourful pasta salad can be prepared in advance. For best results, toss with dressing just before serving to prevent the pasta from absorbing too much of the dressing.
Garnish with zest of 1 lemon just before serving.
Add asparagus spears to large pan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, then immediately plunge asparagus into bowl of ice water. When completely cooled, drain asparagus, then pat dry.
