A definite hit! I used frozen strawberries and a strawberry daiquiri mix instead...and it turned out great!
I will be definitely be making this again :)
Was really good! Easy to make!
This recipe wasn't bad but it really wasn't anything special. Found the crust very hard and the filling didn't even taste like cheesecake. Very disappointing!
Quick and tastes like heaven!
Since blueberries are abundant these days, I used it with TrueBlue wild blueberries cocktail. I thought freezing takes time and will make the cake watery when thawed, I added a packet of powdered gelatin. I was right and it turned out awesome! I will definitely make this recipe again. Thanks a lot!
I have been making this cheesecake for 3-4 yrs! Always 4 our family reunion. It is always the 1st empty dish! When I use fresh strawberries or blackcap raspberries, instead of juice I use same jello pwder[dissolved in the 1-3/4 cup hot water] My family LOVES it!
FAB recipe, loved by ALL!!
I nade this for summer family bbq when Rick & Ronnie were visiting. This must have been very good because I did not even get a smell of it before it was all gone.
IT WAS GOOD JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT EAT A LOT AT ONE TIME IT IS A RICH DESERT
this is fantastic and i used all lite ingredients everyone loved it
a nice easy company desert - very refreshing
Amazing dessert for the kids in the summer.
The flavour is really nice, but it's so frozen that you miss out on a lot of it.
The cheesecake was delicious, however it took much longer than 10 minutes to prepare and took several hours in the freezer before it could be served.
This recipe was so easy and I found that orange juice worked really well with it!And my kids loved it!
Do agree.Give it a 5 easily.Simple to make.Light tasting after a heavy meal.Very little clean-up.It is similar to your orange chiffon pie.
Great dessert for a hot summer day!Made it at the cottage,it was so easy.My company kept asking for more! I made it in 2 pie plates so it stretched a long way.Still some in freezer for next time.MMMMMM GOOD
PS...I am just making the recipe by heart now and this too is a dish that is a hit with all my friends and family!!!
In the middle of a heat wave, I was having a special friend for a visit and wanted to make a good dessert..since using the oven was out of the question, this was made!
Quick and easy and tasted great, I will make it again using different fruits.I did strawberries and strawberry/kiwi juice, but I think next time I will use peaches/peach juice.
Perfect for a hot day.
Super easy to make and tasted great!
Excellent, everyone enjoyed it.
Will make again.
Excellent, easy to make and delicious.
I thought this was a simple and delicious dessert that was a real croud-pleaser! I served it for my family and everyone loved it! I make this at least once a month!!
I didn't find it "cheesecakey" enough. It was more of a fruity frozen mousse. It was very easy to make but I don't think I will make it again.
Quick and easy to make with a great flavour all of my family and company love. I make at least 4 times a year.
Delicious and easy to make! I had great reviews and will definately make it again!
I used strawberry-flavoured cream cheese instead of plain with the sugar. The flavour possibilitites are endless.
Delicious and easy to make - we used fresh strawberries and orange juice. Freeze overnight for better results.
What more could you want for a summer dessert. It was easy and absolutely delicious. Thank You
Absolutely delicious!! A nice light refreshing treat on a hot summer day!
It tasted really good, but I had to let it set in my freezer for about 3-4 hours before serving. If I made this recipe again I will do it the night before.
one of the best cakes ever! my best friend made it for my birthday and i loved it so i made it myself too!
This cheesecake was DELICIOUS!!! Got rave reviews from everyone I served it to. Will definetly make again - maybe with mango & strawberry next time.
This was a super fast recipe. I was going away for afew days, wanted to make my husband a dessert before I left, not knowing if he would like it ...but he loved it....so now I`ll be making it again today. Also I very much enjoyed the cheesecake. It`s in my recipe box for the future....
This recipe is AWESOME. It is very easy to make and everyone loved it.
I made this one for company on the weekend and used blueberries. Delicious! Plus, you can put the leftovers in the freezer and use it when you want.
This recipe was so easy to make Everyone at the party loved it!! I will surely do this recipe again
This really is one of the best on this site - try with coconut, pineapple and pineapple juice on a coconut crust
I tried this and it was a big hit loved it very much.
Excellent light dessert to serve after a heavy meal. Very tasty!
I make a lot of deserts but I have never got so many compliments as I have for this! I used crushed blueberries & strawberries with raspberry juice. I let it stand for 20 min on the bench, rather than the fridge, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to cut it. My berries settled at the bottom a bit but that was okay. I will definitely make this again!
i made this cake, put it in the freezer & forgot all about it for more than a month.when I took it out to serve, it tasted simply delicious. It was a lifesaver.
I had rave reviews on this dessert. Passed on the recipe to my daughter and also to a friend of mine and they both also had great comments. We recommend this dessert highly. Yummy....
I made this for my daughter's Birthday and everyone enjoyed it, it was great. Jen
Excellent! It can be made with any flavour jello and any fruit - from peach to strawberry or kiwi. Adults and kids love it and it is a cinch to make.
Very easy and fast to make. A light and flavorful dessert.
I have only 1 word to say....AMAZING!
I made this for my family of 7 and they all loved it! It was so easy to make, I will certainly make it again!
excellent. we all loved it. will not make it too often cause its to fattening.
This is a great dessert to serve in the summertime. Is also a great light dessert after a big meal.I used frozen field berries in the one I made..strawberries,blueberries,blackberries and rasberries and it was delicuious. And I used the oreo crumbs instead of the graham crumbs. All in all this is a great dessert
I tried this desert for a supper party last night. It was a great success, everybody loved it , and it really tasted great.
Easy to prepare.
This was just awesome.
Awesome! I used fruit punch and strawberries. I had to let it freeze for a couple of hours. I am definitely making it again!
Made this for an Easter dinner and the family raved about it... can't wait to try it again. I used fruit punch for the juice with strawberries... YUMMY
Very tasty and very simple to make. My husband (who only likes chocolate desserts!) even said this one was a keeper! I used chocolate crumbs for the crust. I had no problems cutting through the berries as I crushed the strawberries first. It really didn't even need to sit out for 15 minutes first... Delicious!
I made this as a dessert when we had my best friend and her husband over for dinner. We "mmmmm'd" all the way through it! It was AWESOME! I would like to try it with strawberry next time. It is a great summer-time dessert.
amazing! i made this for my husband's birthday. he doesn't really like cake, but he LOVED this!
Easy & fabulous! Everyone asked for the recipe and it's a definite keeper.
Excellent dessert. Loads of taste, minimal effort. Everyone was impressed. Preferred chocolate base than graham, but both were good.
What fantastic desert! I finished it off by splashing melted chocolate all over it and topped it off with fresh strawberries in the middle!
This was a nice and refreshing dessert. I used blueberries and topped it with whipped cream and blueberries. This recipe will certainly feed a large group. I think it would be super with strawberries too.
My 12 yr old twin grand daughters make this delicious Cheesdcake, served it as a birthday cake. Great raves, beautifully garnished with whole strawberries and mint leaves.
This was a fast and easy to make recipe. I served it to my family and everyone enjoyed it!
I will definitely be sharing this recipe
This recipe is great and so easy to make. Nice on a hot day after a bar-b-que.
I loved this!!!!! This was delicious!!!!!!♀☺
Imade this recipe many times and I always have some in the freezer for unespected guests. Everyone loves it.
Thanks. Simply delicious.
Just made it for a party and everyone wanted the recipe. Delicious and very easy to make. You can use any fruit as well any type of juice.
WOW! THis was so extremely easy to make! I made it twice in one weekend - everyone loved it sooo much!! My sister made it the same weekend she tried it for a BBQ - great results!
It was delicious!
An excellent dessert for anytime of year. I made it for a barbeque last night and everyone loved it!!! I highly recommend it!
Because I've seen recipes like this made many times, I would suggest to the person who couldn't cut because of the frozen fruit to crush the berries more. Don't leave large pieces that will freeze like an ice cube. I have done one recipe like this that I have even pureed the fruit first. You can't really see the fruit that way, but it tastes just as wonderful and there's no trouble cutting it.
Excellent summer time treat.
Many think that cheesecake is not cheesecake unless baked but this recipe proves all wrong! Everyone MUST try this recipe-everyone loves it!
This cake is my ultimate favorite. I mom made it for my boyfriend and I, when we went back home. Extremely delicious. I even brought the recipe home so i can make it.
This cheesecake was absolutely delicious. My only problem was in cutting it as the blueberries were still frozen. Next time I think I will leave the berries out, then put them on top when serving. I used raspberry for the juice.
Served this recipe to a very fussy husband and my in-laws. Absolute rave reviews!!!
Will experiment with different fruits and serve again to company.
This is soooooo amazing. It is so tangy, my boyfriend loves it. I'll have to make it again.
My cheesecake fanatic (husband) LOVED this.
Problem was that it fell apart because it was
not totally set... next time, feeze overnight!
I thought the whole thing was too sweet ..
so cut out some of the sugar (probably extra sweet because I used home frozen strawberries). However, I WOULD like to have a sweeter crust...add sugar to the graham wafers.
I will make again to redeem my disaster!
One recipe makes two ready made graham pies. Zap each slice in the micro wave for 10-15 seconds on high to soften a bit before serving
Fantastic, very easy dessert for those hot summer days! My family loved it.
light and excellent
This is a great recipe! Yet I found it had too much sugar. I would omit the sugar altogether. There is enough sugar in the juice concentrate and Cool Whip.
5 stars, can't put the spoon down
very easy and quick to make.Thank you it was a big hit at my party
They give the tip on how to freeze, but this cake will get eaten well before you have the chance to freeze it!
