  • Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Stir in nuts.
  • Add dry jelly powder and ginger; mix well. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until jelly powder is melted and evenly coats nuts, stirring constantly. Stir in pepper.
  • Spread onto parchment-covered tray. Cool completely.

Substitute

Substitute ground cinnamon or curry powder for the ginger.

Prepare using almonds, macadamias or walnut halves.
